Participated as a member of oil spill response management team. As part of the Trial Board for small boats, was responsible for verifying vessel quality and performance prior to acceptance by the government. Did inclining experiments and subsequent stability reports for fishing boats. Todd Pacific Shipyards, Seattle, Washington 1975 - 1982 Naval Architect Was responsible for all Naval Architecture problems in the shipyard. With drafting assistance, produced drawings and reports in support of a major Navy ship construction project (FFG-7 follow ship program). Designed and provided technical support for launchings, drydockings, inclinings and general shipyard support.
