Writes oil spill response plans. Owners representative for 130' Aluminum catamaran. Established yard welding procedures and welding QA to satisfy USCG.

    Designed, wrote specifications, and acted as Owner¡¯s ¡°on site¡± representative for the conversion of three refrigerated vessels and three oil barges. Responsible for ongoing stability evaluations including inclining experiments for cargo vessels. Managed technical services contracts. Provided technical support for regulatory compliance. Participated as a member of oil spill response management team.
